CJ's driving forces are simple - he wants to help homebuyers and homeowners make an educated decision with a team that they can trust; and he wants to offer a place for professional loan officers to call home, thrive, and focus on building lasting relationships. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 2007 as a loan officer. He was quickly promoted several times before reaching the title of President's Club in 2010. In 2012 he was promoted to a sales management position where he helped run a team of new loan officers. He then accepted a position in a consulting capacity to bridge the gap between loan officers, borrowers and underwriting. As a consultant he helped to qualify and close loans for thousands of borrowers that had lost hope and were sent for denial. In 2015 he helped launch a start-up consumer direct division for a mortgage lender. In 2016 he helped launch a service retention platform for a regional bank. He then became a Branch Manager in 2017. He has helped fund more than $600 million in mortgage loans during his career.
